Am I dreaming or have FB & Twitter disappeared from the commenting?

  It may be temporary, but when I looked at the comment box on a wp.com blog I was just visiting, there were no Facebook or Twitter icons. It may be that they were only removed temporarily while other bugginess gets diagnosed (some people have been having trouble with the comment & reply boxes), but has anyone else noticed this?

  How very odd . . .

  Although I did report a problem with replying to comments, so maybe it’s site specific?

  Otherwise, I’ll just roll over and get another 40 winks! ;-)

  I did think they couldn’t possibly be gone for good — they must have contracts with these folks, after all, I would think, and you can’t just break them on a whim.

  Back to dreamland! :-)

  Just so people don’t keep popping over to see my comment box ;), a few minutes after my last post, I checked again, and they were back. It was a temporary aberration!
