Am I Getting Billed for Failed Domain Registration?

  I attempted to register a domain. Someone beat me to it by seconds. However, I still got an email confirmation that I paid $17 and got it. I want to confirm I will not be charged for this domain.

  It looks like you were charged, but I have refunded it. You should see the credit on your statement within 10 days.
