Am I going to get punished?

I posted an incorrect fact on the forums, and now someone tagged all of my responses with “tennisfilmproduction spam” “tennisfilmproduction spammer”
I am sorry for posting an incorrect answer on the forums. I’m sorry for carelessly posting. However, I’ve answered some questions as well. Like: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/page-attributes-2?replies=9

Everyone makes mistakes on these forums from time to time. I’ve been here for over two years and some of my responses to questions have been ill-thought out. I generally apologise afterwards and move on to the next thing, or if I feel really pissed off, I get off the forums for a while.
As a rule of thumb, it’s a good idea to lurk in the forums for a while and learn how people usually respond. Read these two sticky posts for some info:

The final bit of advice I can give you is this: before posting any response on the forum, click ‘refresh’ to check someone hasn’t beaten you to it!

One of the reasons you were tagged like that is that you advised a new blogger to spam other blogs by leaving “hey great post SEE MY NEW BLOG HERE (link)” comments, which is classic spam and something you should never do. That was the very first comment you made that really registered on the volunteers here. That is how you established your reputation.
It is going to take a long time to recover from that.

@tennisfilmproduction: In my opinion you’re not a spammer, you’re just inexperienced. To answer the question of the title: no, you’re not going to be “punished” (but you’ll be frowned upon if you give incorrect or careless replies).

Correct answers aren’t hard to find. If you cannot or will not search then you are doomed being corrected by those who do have correct answers. @raincoaster The link that I posted wasn’t linked to my blog, but I now realize that it is considered as spam. I won’t be doing the forum for a while.
@timethief Okay.I will not be on the forums for a while, and hopefully during that time, I will learn new things and become better at helping people on WordPress.

Just to clarify, you have not actually been marked as a spammer. Someone, or several someones, have tagged your incorrect or incomplete or misleading answers as spam.
This is not quite the same as if a staff person or a volunteer moderator (note: I am a volunteer, a fellow blogger who helps when I can here) has marked you as official spam to be excluded from these forums.
To the best of my knowledge, I have not officially spammed you. But I agree with my fellow volunteers that you should spend time reading these forums, and working on your own blog until you become more wise. Maybe do as I did: read questions and think about how to answer to see if your advise is “right” according to the responses…
The folks above, who answered you here in this thread, are among the “big girls and boys” who make these forums so useful. Once you have some experience, you will also be a fine help to make these forums so useful.
