  Hi there,

  The account you used to create this forum thread has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t have any stored credit card details for your account, no.

  However, there’s no way to know if you might have a credit card stored with us under a different WordPress.com account.

  Why do you ask? If you’ve received a charge you think might be from WordPress.com, but you don’t know what site/account it’s for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
