am i violating the rules?

  Dear Everyone,

  I’ve been searching how can I make money with my blogs, unfortunately I seem to have violated the rules of wordpress coz my blog contains information from other websites; I cannot post my blog right away without giving a historical/general information about the area and those information cannot be change for me to say it’s my own. Now i’m hesitating seems like my blog is a humiliation because most introductions are from other sites and were not my own. What would I do with this? Do i have to start a new site again?

  (p.s. when I started my blog site I’m just thinking of providing complete and detailed information to my readers, I didn’t know I can make money by blogging..im completely a newbie with this thing. )

  I’ll put this as simply as I can: if you do not write your own articles, your blog will be taken down by staff without warning. The solution is to write your own articles.

  Tough to do on WordPress.COM – and you need a ton of traffic to even make a token amount.

  PS – to make even the token amount you would probably need to be off WordPress.COM – if you have a very high traffic site there is some sort of revenue sharing but the share seems to be very small.
