am locked out of Network admin with an error message

    hey I have been using WP all day and have been add and removing content changing themes seeing what ones look better all was working great until i took a break came back to work on my blog noticed an update i can remember what the update was for i just updated it fast :0( … I then changed a theme checked it out didn’t like it so i went to go to my Network Admin page to uninstall and deactivate the current theme and i keeps bringing me to this page with this error code : Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in /home2/rusty/public_html/wp-admin/network/settings.php on line 22

    i have read a lot from Google and hear about getting access from FTP … not sure how to do that i have and FTP software just never really used it for WP any help would be great
