am not able to like posts or get access to notices

    for the past many months now, everytime i try to ‘like’ another post of someones, or see the ‘yellow’ notice thing that i have messages, while on another WP blog, or any thing like that, i cant access it or get it to work! it spins round and round and i left it waiting, for HOURS and came back to it, still NOTHING! :( i use google chrome browser on a dell laptop and no i will not use another browser as i have disabled/deleted them all due to high security risks ESP IE!! will never use that one again…i only use google…anyway, i dont know how to get help from WP to have them figure out what the problem is and NOT sure i will get answers here or even be able to access them :( i just dont know what happened to this. and yes i have numerous times also, signed out and back in, turned off adblock, so i dont know what else to try. any help would be much appreciated! TIA
