Am trying to cancel my sunscription

  I went to https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ which says to go to manage purchases, then go to my plan and hit ‘cancel and refund.’ Trouble is – There is no ‘cancel and refund’ button. Help!

  It sounds like you have more than one WordPress.com account. Once you login to the account connected to the upgrades you’ll find the refund option as mentioned in the instructions.

  There are no active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from here.
