  Could you send us more information about what is your problem?
  If you couldn’t publish new posts, maybe you have to confirm your WordPress.com account.

  Please, take a look at your email, sometimes the confirmation email goes to your Social or Spam folder. After the confirmation you’ll be able to publish new posts.
