  Also, it looks like Vijay.com is a domain that’s already in use, have you purchased this domain outside of WordPress.com? If yes, this can be connected as per these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  At a minimum in order to set a primary custom domain the site would need a paid plan, at the minimum the personal plan:
