  Hello,

  I have created a new website on wordpress.org.
  I have a responsive theme called Amadeus (1.13 version). The personalization of appearance is not separate in my dashboard between mobile and desktop. But i can switch the view during the personnalization to see what’s going on on mobile.
  Nevertheless, when I go to my website ‘ http://www.thisisolene.com’ on mobile, my theme is not personnalized. I can see the ‘basic-theme’ of wordpress.com.
  I have to tap on ‘view all the website’ in the end of the page to see my theme correctly.

  Can you help me please ?

  thisisolene.com is wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Bluehost, not by wordpress.COM.

  You are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not on wordpress.COM servers and we cannot help with it.

  Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  Thanks for your answer.
  I know but I thought that the basic theme of my mobile website was a basic theme of wordpress.com. I have two accounts (wordpress.com AND .org) with the same details of my blog, i don’t understand why.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
