Amazon Affiliate Photo to Media Library

A understand that as an Amazon Associate, I cannot legally download a photo from an Amazon affiliate link to my computer. Could you tell me how to use an Amazon image and have it load into my Word Press Media Library so that I can use it for a WooCommerce product photo?
I know how to use the Amazon link to create a photo within text – just not into my media library. I hope you can help. I’ve struggled with this for four days now. -

I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account, it seems like you’re talking about a site using the free WordPress software but hosted elsewhere.
