Amazon Links not working

  Hi
  I am trying to add a link from Amazon, I have an Associates ID so find the book on Amazon, click ‘Link to this page’ highlight and copy text then paste into the link box in WP – but it never works
  :-( please help

  1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.

  2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.

  Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

  Thanks timethief – tried that and its worked to some extent in that the link is now showing but when I go to test the link and click on it nothing happens! Any ideas? Many thanks for your help thus far

  Hi thats not the correct URL its thebuckinghamshirebluebell.wordpress.com you had an e on the end of it
