Amazon Pay

We are struggling to get Amazon Pay to work properly in Woocommerce. The Pay button is visible but once logged in it doesn’t pull any Billing Address info through to the address book. ‘Please contact this merchant for help completing your order’ is the message that appears. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the link, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

As I mentioned, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites. Whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
