    I started to activate jetpak on my page this evening then decided not to. I got an email from Amazon re and order and the cancellation of the order. It says in the line WP content/plugins/latinity.php What the heck is that? I can’t seem to find anything on amazon re: that. Not sure if this is a legit email.

    It sounds like you are posting to the wrong support forum for your software.

    What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?

    This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting.     Well the choices to make when you have a question for support are not very clear. It doesn’t seem to really actually get you to a support place. So if I’m in the wrong forum I’m sorry I don’t recall really choosing a forum. I just wrote and what my question was.

    For all I hear about how good word press is, I don’t actually seem to be able to get anywhere with them. No support, your questions answered, no clear direction. So never mind Sent from my iPhone
