amazon school rewards links for non-profit booster club

  My WordPress.com blog is for a school’s Booster Club – http://dvmusicdept.wordpress.com/. We are non-profit, raising money for the Music Department’s scholarship, Disney trip, and general fund. We just signed up for Amazon’s School Rewards which is basically their affiliate program. I understand that I cannot place their ads or widgets on my sidebar or posts, but I wanted to place a link to amazon within the text of posts. Researching this I found the list of types of sites that is allowed and we fall under both schools and non-profits, but the not allowed list says affiliate ad farms which we most definitely are NOT, but I don’t want to do anything to get the account suspended. Searching the support forums is confusing as some say text links are allowed as long as there aren’t too many, but others say it is against the TOS. Since we are a site type that is permitted, and will not be posting tons of the links, may I place the text links within posts and pages?

  As long as there are no banner ads and the primary purpose of the site is not to direct people to the Amazon store, you will be fine.
