Ambiguity with accounts

    I paid for an 8 month service at $8 a month ($104.00) and entered a substantial amount of site information early this morning (between 2 am and 4 am) and clicked save in the system. Yet the information isn’t showing up. The username isn’t what this account is showing as cgt2020. It was carolindamathlady so I need to close all accounts showing and start over. I need a company person to answer …..not random ‘community’ people.

    Hi, staff here — can you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account, log out, and then log back in as carolindamathlady ? That is indeed the one with the upgrades. It just has a different username and email address.
