Ambiru Theme Custom Header Problem

  I Have a problem with my custom header, I have uploaded new picture for my header but it still shows the default header of the theme (Ambiru Themes with green and white lines). I tried to resize the original file and it doesnt work, I tried to crop it and it still doesnt work, I even change the file name but still it does not help. do I have to pay for an upgrade for this? coz i didnt…

  What is the file name? What kind of file is it?

  Cropping often doesn’t work. Did you try uploading a version in the proper dimensions (500 x 225 pixels)?

  It was just jpeg from a digital camera, Yes I did try uploading it with the 500×225 pixels size, I resized it with microsoft picture manager. it doesnt work.

  it worked…
  The first time I renamed the one that I cropped it didnt worked. this time I just renamed the 500×225 pixel picture and it worked. Thanks a lot guys…
