Amending plan owner

  We need to update payment details for our site but the ‘plan owner’ is no longer working on the project. Is there a way for someone else to become the plan owner and then amend payment details as necessary without the current owner logging in? Our plan needs to be renewed by the end of the week so any help ASAP would be appreciated!

  We have now managed to resolve this problem by contacting the previous owner and resetting the login details.
