Amount Credited but upgrade didn’t happened

Firstly I paid the amount of 7680 INR for a paid upgrade plan. That was a business plan for one year. Amount has been credited from my bank account but the subscription didn’t work. I want your team to support me and help me at this time.

We checked your account and we note that while we see that you attempted to make the payment, the payment of INR 7680 did fail, which means that the payment was not received by WordPress.com.
Did you see any sort of additional approval from your bank when trying to make the purchase? The reason that I ask is that your bank’s system should have requested your approval to complete the purchase.
Please do contact your bank, to check with them that your card is allowed to make the payment, and also that this payment in particular to WordPress.com isn’t being blocked.
