  I have not used this site anymore and have also not added the auto-renewal. Why was my amount got deducted from my card directly?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any recent charges on the account you’re using to post here.

  The last payment on this account was on 30 July 2020, and those upgrades were cancelled in September 2020. There has been no further charges since then.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You should also see an option to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
