  I sent an email two days back i had mistakenly bought wordpress premium subscription and domain mapping.so i got a response from your team that my amount is on the way back to me but i did not received my payment. Kindly please refund my amount ASAP.

  Hi there!

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
