  Can this plugin be installed on wordpress.com: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/

  Enabling AMP on the site provides a huge bump in SEO, especially on mobile. With wordpress.com’s big emphasis on SEO, this plugin should be a no-brainer. However, we aren’t able to install our own plugins, so I am asking here.
