Hi there, Were you able to resolve this? If not, please try logging out of WordPressdotcom and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of every other site you are logged in to). Make sure that 3rd party cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser and then log back in and try again.
If that doesn’t work, please let us know what device, OS and browser you are using and what version of each.
