An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.

I currently have a self hosted wordpress.org site (domain name through GoDaddy and hosting through Bluehost). I no longer want a self hosted site so I am trying to import my self-hosted site onto my wordpress.com account. When I select the ‘Map It’ option and input my website address, I am getting the error ‘An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.’ How do I resolve this and import my self-hosted wordpress site onto my wordpress.com account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but our team is working on fixing the issue you all are encountering. In the meantime, please completely log out of WordPress.com, clear your cache and cookies, and attempt to log back in. Or try using a different browser than the one that produced the error.
We have had some success with the above method, but let me know if you are still seeing the error.
Thank you!

I’m using the Firefox Add-on Ghostery and I disabled it. Then the error-message went away.

Thanks for that input, Alex!
Are you still have trouble? Do you have ghostery or any other extension that you could temporarily disable to see if the issue resolves itself? Let me know. Thanks!
