An admin has to approve his own comments?

  if i’m an admin of my blog, why do i have to approve my own comments?
  can i change the settings so that every comment that I (the admin) post will e approved automatically?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Are you logged in as the admin user on your blog while you are posting the comments?

  when i comment it asks me my email and name although i am logged in so i put my email and username

  Have you tried replying to a comment through the Dashboard>Comments?

  Any chance you have enabled only allow registered WordPress.com users to comment in the Dashboard>Settings>Discussion? http://en.support.wordpress.com/who-can-comment/
