The classic editor is available to all sites for free. We have information about how to access it here: https://wordpress.com/support/editors/classic-editor-guide/
If you edit posts in the block editor but prefer the classic experience, you can also use the classic block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/
Alternatively, you’ll be able to edit any post with the classic editor directly by appending
&classic-editorto the end of the URL. -
Did a WP staff member tell you that in a live chat (not the AI Assistant bot) that the Classic Editor has actually been discontinued for all levels below the Business Plan? or given a specific timeframe after which it will definitely be discontinued?
Because I see that a WP staff member has replied here saying that it is still available to all levels.
