An Easy Way to Find Out The Size of a Graphic on A Theme
-
Does anyone know of an easy way to find out the size of a graphic on a theme?
We’ve tried right clicking on properties of the graphic. And we tried putting image URL (images/bg_post_title.gif) into the browser. But no luck with either.
We did figure out the size of the menu tabs at the top, but we are clueless on the body graphic and the post graphic (banner bar).
If it helps here is our site with the standard theme with the graphics still in red:

And here’s the site that we’re working on with the menu tabs finish:

This FAQ (I typed “header” into the search box) shows the header image sizes and which themes support custom headers.

Xray worked like a dream. Thank-you so very much! Now let me bug everyone with another question: the large banner is 1007 X 4844, if I wanted to use a repeating background graphic there — what size would I need to create it in PhotoShop?

You know, 1007 X 4844 be right. That’s got to be the entire size of the blog page. But that’s what you get when you click on the red body graphic with Xray.
