Most of the time it’s only a timeout when fetching the feed.
Just to make sure you can check the feed at http://feedvalidator.org and see if it’s broken.

And I added the url to the rss

also, uploaded the rss feed banner to the webserver.the page said http://feedvalidator.org for http://easternpearlonline.wordpress.com/

It looks like you don’t have the feed in there. When I click on the link, I’m taken to your blog, not to the feed itself. The feed should be http://easternpearlonline.wordpress.com/feed/
