An error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page"

  I have seen this error before but was able to solve it by giving more permissions and tweaking things in the database.

  Recently, installed a Social Login plugin by OneAll and received this message again while trying to save the settings. What can I do to make the plugin work because their support team says that it is a wordpress configuration issue so they can’t help with it.
