[an error occurred while processing this directive]

I’ve been running WordPress on my website for years, but suddenly when I try to access them, I get this error:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

I also can’t access any /wp-admin pages either.

I looked through the error logs, but there isn’t anything to explain the error. It isn’t a theme-based because there are two different themes between the 5 pages. It doesn’t seem to be a plugin problem either.

    Website pages:
    francescaling.com/photography
    francescaling.com/architecture
    francescaling.com/design
    francescaling.com/scrapbook
    francescaling.com/culinary

I’d really appreciate any help on where to look. We have an event coming up, and the website needs to be live by then!

    Hi,

It seems like your site is self-hosted. If you have a self-hosted site, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead.
Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.

(The WordPress.com forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com)
For more info about the differences between .com and .org, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Good luck!
