  I get this error when cancelling products in my upgrades: An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support

  Could you walk me through the exact steps you’re taking, and confirm which upgrades you’re trying to cancel?

  Thanks for getting back with me. I canceled the blog completely in the meanwhile. Does that cancel the products as well?

  In order to answer your question, I used the ‘cancel’ option on a value pack. I then got an email:

  …
  Confirm Cancellation <—- the link
  …

  I used the link in that email (https://translateincontext.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?action=unsub&id=1254062-&_wpnonce=c6f0acc0bd) which gave me the error

  Your Value Bundle was purchased in March, which is well past our 30-day refund policy.

  Unfortunately, we will not be able to generate a refund for this.
