Hi, I’m not sure this is the write place to post this but I need assistance with a cancellation and refund. I purchased the upgrade bundle (and registered a domain) but realised it didn’t give me the functionality I required. I purchased this 24hrs ago., and tried to cancel within the first 12 hrs. to no avail.
The “cancel” button under My Upgrades in the Store sent me a confirmation email, but when I click the email to cancel I receive the following message: “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support.”
I’ve tried a different web browser and cleared my cache. Nothing has worked.
I am currently in Kathamndu, Nepal and tried to finish this yesterday (Friday Sept. 21). Now it’s the weekend, and I don’t want this to go beyond the “48hr. Policy” WordPress.com has.
This is very frustrating to walk through the steps as WordPress.com lays them out, and then to have problems contacting support?
Any help with taking care of this? Any way to “flag” this? I’ve noticed TimThief and MacManX seem to provide great help with these issues…
