An ex – Administrator is still receiving notifications

    Despite following instructions from csonnek on 18 June 2021, (email visible only to moderators and staff) is still receiving notifications when changes are made. How can we stop this from happening?

    Hi there,

    There are two issues here.

    First, your site has the Email Post Changes feature enabled. With that feature, any admin on a site can opt-in to be notified of any change to any post or page, and it looks like the ladiesnational account is opted into that.

    You can disable that feature here:

    Second, the ladiesnational account is still the owner of this site, so they will still receive certain notifications that cannot be disabled. If that person is no longer involved with the site, I recommend that they transfer ownership of the site to another admin:

    Alternatively, if someone else needs to take over this account, the current owner should change the email address of the account to whoever will manage it going forward, and then the new owner can set their own password to take over from here.
