An option to suppress recommendation in Site Health

After updating 5.4 Site Health widget appeared. So i went through it, removed some unused themes and the only thing left is that i don’t have imagick. I don’t really care about it and don’t want to talk to my hoster about it. But i wonder if there could be an option to suppress such minor recommendations? Every time i look at Site Health indicator i see that 1 “flaw” and i have to remember this is nothing (at least in my book), i would rather just have it at 100% and warn me about real problems, like outdated plugins, security flaws, etc.
