An Outside WP Template

    I am trying to import an outside template for my blog. I have no idea how to install the template to it. Can someone help me out?

    You cannot install external themes on a WordPress.COM blog; they are exclusively for independently-hosted blogs. The only customization options you have here are custom headers on some themes, custom colours on some, and the paid CSS upgrade, in which case you also need a firm knowledge of CSS because you’re on your own for that and there is no support for it. Even the upgrade only allows you to style existing CSS on a theme already here; it does NOT allow you to add external themes.
