Analytics clearly innacurate

Can someone at WordPress Tech please explain how the site analytics work? Because it consistently shows I have fewer views/visitors than I have likes for the same post. So where do your numbers come from? How can I get accurate numbers? Seems like a fairly straightforward bit of data collection; not sure why it is so wrong so often.

Oh, one more question: Why can’t you just give me a link to YOU, instead of making me air my grievance on a public forum? I don’t need random fellow users to speculate and discuss my issue, I need an employee who is paid to know the answers to address my question. You know, ACTUAL help.

your stats are accurate, your attitude is poor – so only a short answer
people can Like a post and not visit your site – from the Reader for instance, and some other places if my memory is correct – and some people just like a post and never bother to read more than the headline – not sure why – but that is the way it works

Your assumption that only Staff have correct answers is unsupported by my nearly 10 years of experience answering questions here. The answer i provided in your other thread is correct.

My attitude is based on the fact that the company does not provide any actual help. So not directed at you, obviously, as you do not work for the company.
