Anchor integration broken?

    I’ve spent a couple of hours today trying to link my wordpress blog awith Anchor but the integration seems to be broken. Fails to present to opportunity tolink with the blog.
    Also, when creating a podcast from a newly written post, the same error happens.
    Please advise.

    Hi there, what’s the address of the site where you’re experiencing this issue? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

    Also, are you trying to connect an established Anchor account or did you create a new account as per our guide at https://wordpress.com/support/create-anchor-podcast/

    If a new account, were you able to previously able to embed a podcast?

    Thanks for your reply JustJennifer.
    Yesterday on my iphone on the anchor website I got the error message after following the redirect from my blog to open an anchor account.

    After about an hour, all my blogposts downloaded onto Anchor.
    When i clicked on a post to convert to podcast episode, Anchor advises to go to the desktop site.

    Once on the wordpress desktop site, I write and publish a new post, click creat podcast and then the Anchor message ‘can’t upload episodes’ is shown on Anchor’s website.

    So although I’ve created an account with Anchor, and followed the integration from wordpress to Anchor correctly, I’m unable to create a podcast.
    Am I missing something?
    Also, I record some audio in mp3 format and Anchor could not upload it either.

    Grateful for any help.

    Also, never done this before, so no re: embed a podcast.
