Anchor links
-
Hello. The problem I have is that one of my anchor links does not work. It’s a tab in the top navigation menu. The anchor linked used to work but then I went into ‘customize’ – ‘menus’ – ‘top navigation’. I then clicked on one of the tabs and changed the URL and navigation label. I can’t remember what the old and correct info was.
So my question in short is, how do I find the original URL and navigation label for the anchor link?

Hi there!
I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

mnpt.fitness is my website.
I think it’s hosted on siteground but I use wordpress to design and build my website.
So is this the wrong place to ask for help?

The site mnpt.fitness appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Siteground, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/mnpt.fitness+dns
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites (such as those set up on other hosts) but only the ones hosted here on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance. Siteground may also offer WordPress site support in-house.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
