anchor offset

    Hello,
    I inserted anchors on the page https://venezuelaautentica.wordpress.com/infos-utiles/ but when I click on the link, the page does not appear at the start of the anchor. How to do it please?

    Hi there,

    In most browsers a page jump will jump so that the actual anchor is above the top edge of the screen. This is how the browsers are designed to execute that particular HTML, so it’s unfortunately not something we have control over.

    The only way to prevent this is using JavaScript code to essentially move the page back down a couple of lines after the jump is executed, but it’s not possible to do that on a free WordPress.com site.
