    Hello,

    I have placed an anchor tag on this page called #storiesfromthefield.

    https://ifdcorg.wordpress.com/2scale/

    When you click on the anchor, it takes you to the correct location but then when you try to scroll back up, you can’t get to the top of the page and there is a large white space under the footer. Here is my code. Help is great appreciated as we are nearing site launch. Thanks!
