Anchoring a Feature Link to Page . . .for a newbie

  Ok, I am working on building my own website for my business and I am brand new to wordpress. I’ve learned a lot along the way, but I’m lost when it comes to this. . .

  I would like to take the 4 feature links at the bottom of my home page: http://www.eventsbyautumn.com, and anchor them to the specific services provided under: http://www.eventsbyautumn.com/services/weddings/

  Can anyone help me with this, and talk to me in a language that a complete beginner will understand?
