Anchoring one post to the top of the blog

  Can one post be anchored to the top so that all new posts will post under that one????

  Pls. help!!!

  No. The only way a post will remain at the top is if you alter the timestamp over and over to keep it there. You could publish the post and then put an excerpt of the post into a text widget at the top of your sidebar. Along with the excerpt you would include a link to the remainder of the post.

  Another alternative is to have a static front page http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/02/20/having-a-static-page-at-the-front-of-the-blog/
