And here we go again. Why can't I just simply contact a support person?
-
This would have been a simple 5 second fix. Why can I not contact a real person there to make a simple change instead of being led around in circles trying to get information that isn’t there, in order to contact someone to fix the problem? 3 hours of my voluntary time, which was expected to be only several minutes to set up this account, has been totally wasted and my patience is worn thin because my client did not clarify that she wanted her domain name to be an intentional misspelling, an interpretation utilizing poetic license, and there is not a person to contact and have this corrected on the spot.
I wanted to make this easy for my client who is totally computer illiterate. Now I’ve spent half of my day not getting paid $140/hr for my services, from my other client who had my time booked, and tossing pearls before swine trying to explain and apologize to someone who can barely grasp clicking a link in an email. Thank you so much. And tyhe person she had to borrow the money from to purchase her domain has paid twice, with no cluse if when or if she will be refunded the fee, which will probably mean she won;t have gas money to pick up her medication for her cancer treatments. But hey, you made an extra 26 bucks and that’s probably the bottom line here, when you take this matter to your CEO.Sincerely,

Hi Tim,
This is the way to contact support, and I’m happy to help you out with this.
Which of the two domains would you like canceled and refunded?
