Andreas04 “About” text at top of Widgets Columns

Hi – I’ve recently switched to Andreas 04 due to a problem incorporating a linked tab. When I first changed to Andreas, the content in my “About” page appeared on the home page above the 2 widget columns in the right sidebar. However, when I added other pages, it disappeared and I can’t figure out how to reverse that.

On the “themes” page, Andreas04 is pictured with “About” content above the two column sidebar so I’m assuming it was intended to be there. Any input relative to getting it back? I’ve tried unpublishing all of the pages in the menu bar and adding them back one by one but without success.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

That’s a special feature of the particular theme. Works only if the editable part of the page permalink is “about” while yours is “954”. Go to Pages > Edit, click Quick Edit under page name, change Slug to “about”, click Update Page.

    Hello
It does not seem to be true.
I tried 2 blogs. On the first one, I have the second column, and I could change the title.
But on the second blog, I can’ot manage to have it !
