Android App & Dashboard report different stats. App now sucks.

    Because I had a day with above current average activity, it was easy to see the scale on the two was different, the app reporting under 1000, the dashboard reporting about 1000 (total), with total site views the same on both.

    In fact the WordPress app has seriously deteriorated. It’s unstable and crashes or hangs more often than it works. At best it operates 25% of the time now. When it does load it’s incredibly slow to load data on any screen, and regularly hangs (current version) and sometimes load data for the wrong period.

    To view summary data, you have to leave the app and go the site, and requires anther log-in, both of entirely defeats the point of an app.

    (Cannot get screencapture app to work on my HTC Desire. Apart from the stability issues, the main problems cannot be attributed to device).

    I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Android WordPress app.

    However, the best place to post issues like this is on the dedicated Android app forum here:

    The app developers follow those forums much more closely than these support forums.
