Android WOO application isn’t working properly

I was using Apple iPhone 13 pro before and the woo working good in it. Getting no notifications of new orders but atleast refreshing orders and updating working in realtime when I refresh or change the order status. And in Apple it’s still working.
But I recently switched to Samsung Galaxy S25+. Installed and setup my website woocomerce in the android woo application.
There are too much bugs in the Android app. The first issue that I can’t getting any order notifications and the main issue is that new orders aren’t even showing after refresh. It’s showing last updated current time but no new orders showing. What I have to do is go to Filters, Order Status, and their select their one by one different order status and then select show orders. It’s depends on application. Selecting it randomly one by one and then app shows Looking Up Your Orders. And then it shows current updated order.
but after that it’s still not updating orders. When I select mark order as completed.
Then shows completed and when I open order it’s saying processing. Then I go back it shows completed. And refreshing the page showing order processing everywhere. And when I check by signing on chrome then order shows completed.
Don’t kow what’s the issue but I’m explaining everything here because on Google play store I made a review about the issue so the WordPress team asked for contact us on help support. Their are no help support option showing on my account so I have decided to mention everything here. So the developer can fix it. Or contact me to get the more details.
Note: I was thinking that this was my website cache issue or website issue but if it’s a website issue then it should do the same with iOS woo app but still I have that iPhone 13 pro and woo app is working fine in it. Just notifications aren’t working but it wasn’t working since last 1-2 years.

Since your site, unlockerplus.com, works perfectly on iOS, the issue is almost certainly a ‘Sync Loop’ error within the Android app’s local database. Because the app is failing to fetch new data automatically, you should try a ‘Deep Reset’ of the app: go to your S25+ Settings > Apps > WooCommerce > Storage, and select both ‘Clear Cache’ and ‘Clear Data.’ Once you log back in, this forces the app to rebuild its link to your site from scratch. If the ‘Processing/Completed’ status still won’t update correctly, it means there is a conflict between the Android app and your site’s Jetpack/REST API connection; you can fix this by going to your website’s dashboard on a computer, disconnecting Jetpack, and then reconnecting it. This ‘refreshes’ the digital tunnel that the Android app uses to pull your order data.
