Angular with Business Plan

Hi all, I have tried to contact a Happiness Engineer with this query but it has gone straight to email so I guess they are busy. Here is my copy-and-pasted problem, if anyone can help I would be extremely grateful:
“Hi there, I have paid to upgrade to a Business Plan, and would like to know how I can insert the following code “https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.6.9/angular.min.js” into either the ‘head’ or ‘body’ section of a document so that I can use AngularJS in a post. I have installed the “Custom CSS-JS-PHP” plugin so that I can use JavaScript in various posts – this works fine. However, I cannot add the simple one line of code above that will let me upload an already-written post to my WordPress website. The “Custom CSS-JS-PHP” plugin wraps JavaScript code inside tags, and the line “https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.6.9/angular.min.js” does not take effect when embedded within outer ‘script’ tags. The post I wish to upload displays a list containing links to the 100+ resources on my website, which can be narrowed down by using a ‘SUBJECT’ filter, a ‘LEVEL’ filter, or inputting keywords – these filters are bound to the HTML view using AngularJS. I have spent around ten hours creating this post, and am discouraged by the fact that I cannot upload it.

Just as a follow-up, a Happiness Engineer called Kris has solved the problem for me (and cheered me up considerably) by pointing me to a plugin called ‘Insert headers and footers’, which, as the name suggests, allows you to insert scripts into the ‘head’ section as well as just before the closing ‘/body’ tag.
