Animal cruelty on a blog

There didn’t seem to be any “contact us” option on WordPress, so I thought it would be best to post this here. In this blog, the blogger thinks it is a good idea to burn an animal alive and post pictures pre and post immolation. Surely animal abuse/cruelty is against the ToS here?
