    Hi there,

Since you’ve have mentioned the file name animate.css, so I’m assuming that you’re referring to a self hosted site.

Please share the site URL, if this is regarding to any site which hosted on wordpress.com?

This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

There’s another support forum for WordPress.org self-hosted site, you can navigate to WordPress.org forum using this link:

@adshimen, if you are talking about a site hosted here at WordPress.com, such as your http://cyberncipher.com/, what you would have to do is to incorporate the animation CSS into the custom CSS for your site, and it would take a bit of work to do that since the CSS selectors in your theme are going to be different from the CSS selectors in the animate.css file. It could also be that some animations would not be possible. Some would likely require changes to the html structure of the theme.

If you can tell us what you are wanting to do, then we can look at things and see what is possible.
